Delivery, cancellation and refunds

The service is delivered online; no physical product is shipped. A paid period is applied only after a verified successful LIVE callback. A success-page redirect alone is not payment or activation.

Cancellation, withdrawal, refund rules and exceptions must be reviewed for customer type, service and target countries. This draft imposes no blanket refund ban, fixed refund deadline or waiver of statutory rights.

A refund-request channel and responsible person must be designated. The application does not currently initiate refunds; a refund verified in PayTR is recorded separately. Duplicate notifications create no second receipt or license extension.
